Under Earnings you can select Hourly as the pay type. In the rate box, simply put what your employee gets paid per hour and in the hours field type in the number of hours your employee worked. Click on the dropdown box by pay frequency and you can select whether your employee gets paid weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly. Below Federal Taxes you can change their filing status to married, single, or even head of household. Below that you can put how many exemptions your employee is claiming on their W-4. Once your basic information is in your fields, click View Paystub and your payroll for that employee will open with a breakdown of their gross pay, tax deductions, and will provide their net pay.

Salary Payroll Calculator

To utilize our salary payroll calculator, just simply click the blue Payroll Calculator button. Under Personal Information please enter your employee’s name, expected pay date, and the state. Under Earnings you can select Salaried as the pay type. In the gross pay box, simply put what your employee’s salary pay is for this payroll.
